Mr. Blackwell's Worst Dressed


Mr. Richard Blackwell was a fashion critic who every year released his ten worst dressed list. The designer and mordant fashion critic who dared to call Madonna the "bare-bottomed bore from Babylon" started his list in 1960.  Mr. Blackwell died in the fall of 2008. He was 86.
